Introduction

I'm Stephen — an entrepreneur, strategist, and advisor. For over a decade I've sat alongside founders, executives, and ministry leaders working through the questions that matter most: where to go next, and how to actually get there.

My work moves across fundraising, marketing, operations, technology, and executive leadership — from a $30M capital campaign for an international ministry, to helping small-business franchise owners scale from $350K to $1.5M, to walking a major radio broadcast network through a merger, to advising families on philanthropy, generational wealth, and tax-efficient allocation. The thread through all of it: healthy organizations grow when mission, strategy, and systems move in the same direction.
